Mia Vucic, born in 1981 in Zagreb, Croatia, is a digital graphic artist whose interdisciplinary practice spans drawing, printmaking, and motion graphics. Her work investigates the complex interplay between technology, identity, and human spirituality, employing techniques such as digital collage, glitch aesthetics, vector art, and animated media.
She holds a Master’s in Design and a University Specialist degree in Graphic Arts, having completed her postgraduate studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 2010. Vucic has exhibited widely in solo and group exhibitions across Europe, Asia, and North America, and has received seven awards in recognition of her innovative visual language.
Her membership in HDLU Zagreb and, as of 2024, ADA Europe – Archive of Digital Art, reflects her active role in the contemporary digital art landscape. Based in Zagreb, Vucic continues to push the boundaries of digital expression, exploring new aesthetic and conceptual territories.
