Art3F Paris, organized by the art3f team under the direction of Serge Bennica, is one of Europe’s flagship international contemporary art fairs. Since its launch in 2012, the fair has grown into a premier destination for both established and emerging artists, offering a fresh, convivial take on the traditional art fair by placing accessibility and direct exchange at its core.


Now in its 16th edition, the fair will once again be hosted at Paris Expo – Porte de Versailles, a distinguished venue that welcomes thousands of visitors each year. Between 15,000 and 22,000 attendees are expected in 2026, including collectors, art lovers, curators, and professionals, with over 3,000 artworks on view spanning painting, sculpture, and photography.


Guided by a professional selection committee to ensure high-level artistic representation, Art3F Paris is recognized as the flagship edition of the art3f fairs, which now span nearly 20 annual events across 20 European cities. The fair cultivates a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere with live music, a central restaurant, and a focus on discovery, making it an inspiring meeting point for families, collectors, and the international art community.

About this Contest

Contest Participation Fee: 20€ per image entry

Through this contest, up to five (5) artists will win:

Image Size for Submission Form:
The total of your submitted images must be under 25MB or the form will not go through. The images will be used only for the purposes of this contest.


Artwork Size for the Show: Maximum artwork width and height is 300 cm (118 in.)

Questions about the Show


Do I need to come to the show? No, it is not necessary to come to the show. We will professionally display and represent your art. Of course, being at the show increases your chances of selling and is a great opportunity to network. 


Artwork size limit. Each artwork should not exceed 300 cm (118 in.) in width. The maximum wall height at the venue is also 300 cm (118 in.). Please keep in mind that very large works may result in higher shipping costs. 


Ready to hang The winning artist must ship their works ready to hang. Sculptures must include all necessary installation elements. Pedestals are available for rent at the venue.


How is this show promoted? As noted on the their website, the fair is actively promoted through its press and media channels, newsletters, and a dedicated press section. It appears in cultural guides, art publications, and event listings across Paris and France. Local news and event platforms regularly feature Art3F Paris editions, and hospitality / tourism networks (e.g. hotel blogs) also mention the fair as part of the city’s art calendar. The fair’s positioning around accessibility and discovery further helps attract broader audiences. These promotional methods ensure substantial visibility among the art community and beyond.


Why should I care about this show? What payments do you accept?  PayPal or Card.


How much is 20 Euro in USD? 20€ is about $21. (Please google Euro to Dollar conversion for exact rate)


Can you advise me which images to add to this contest? No, we cannot advise you which images to add to this contest as it would be unfair to other participants.


How many images can I add to this contest? You can add up to 10 images.


Why should I participate in this contest? This contest offers complimentary participation in an important event that usually requires fees. Distinctions in contests are valuable for artists, serving as recognition of your work. In addition, 30 finalists will receive a Finalist Certificate and a discount on booth prices. You can see the regular booth prices here.


What if I don't win the contest? 30 artists will be named Contest Finalists and will receive a named + signed Certificate as well as a discount to exhibit with us at the show. Finalists will receive 20% discount to show in Paris and 10% for the digital display and/or print show catalog.


Commissions and France Sales Tax. The booth receives 20% commission on any sold artwork at the exhibit. The artist must keep in mind when pricing the artwork that the French sales tax is 20% 


If I win this contest is there another cost to exhibit? There is NO other fee to exhibit. The artist is responsible for the shipping costs. 

How much does shipping cost? It depends on the size and weight of your parcel. Please check with your local post office. 

Will you have a digital display in this show? Yes. We will offer artists who prefer not to ship their work the option to show digitally and publish in the show catalog.  You can see these options here. 

If I win this contest, can I just show my work in the digital display? Yes, if you work is selected through this contest you can choose to just show it digitally instead. But we strongly urge artists to take full advantage of this important opportunity and actually ship the work. Unsold work can be stored with us at our Lyon office for free for up to 30 months.


What we offer: We provide artists with the opportunity to exhibit in our booth at the fair.  For those unable to ship their work, we also offer a high-quality video display option, featuring their images in a continuous loop on our booth wall throughout the fair. This is an excellent opportunity for artists who cannot attend in person but still want to be part of this prestigious event. Artists will also have the choice to publish their artwork in the print show catalog.
