Ingela Wallgren Lindgren is a Swedish artist whose work is rooted in introspection and spiritual dialogue. She primarily paints in egg tempera, creating her own colors from pigments, eggs, and water; a meditative process that reflects her inner connection to the divine. In the warmer seasons, she often turns to watercolor to capture the vibrancy and luminosity of summer light.

Her abstract, non-figurative works emphasize emotion and color over form, offering a visual expression of internal experience. Wallgren Lindgren enjoys working in silence as much as she does drawing inspiration from music, allowing tones to guide her brushstrokes.

She has exhibited her work in galleries across Sweden since 1998 and, in recent years, in Italy. Her education includes two years at an art school and 45 academic credits in visual arts education. In addition to her artistic training, she holds a candidate degree in religious studies and religious psychology, further deepening the contemplative and expressive nature of her practice.
