Ferdi Wouters (Atelier Fersier) is a Dutch visual artist and silversmith who transitioned to the arts after two decades in primary and secondary education. Since 1995, he has worked professionally as an artist, and until 2008, he operated a small gallery in his hometown where he exhibited both his own creations and the work of fellow artists.
His versatile body of work includes jewelry, wooden handbags, and sculptures reaching over two meters in height. His pieces have been acquired by private collectors and businesses across the Netherlands and abroad, including major companies such as AstraZeneca and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Notably, a relief by Wouters decorates the façade of a historic building in Dordrecht. He regularly exhibits his work in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
