Eden Bender is a graduate of the Fine Arts program at York University, where she began developing her multidisciplinary approach to visual expression. Her work has garnered recognition from notable institutions, receiving the Lindsay Morris Memorial Award from Allied Artists of America and the People’s Choice Award from The Brain Project. Bender’s creations have been featured in numerous publications, including Beautiful Home Studio Pyramid, Objekt International, 500 Figures in Clay (Lark Books), and Fusion Magazine’s feature The Black and White of Eden Bender.
She has exhibited internationally, with highlights including the International Juried Biennale in London, England; the International Ceramic Exhibition in Warsaw, Poland; and a prestigious Master Class in St. Petersburg, Russia. Bender’s practice spans media, but her core artistic vision is grounded in a commitment to form, narrative, and psychological resonance.
