Image Size: The total of your submitted images must be under 25MB or the form will not go through.
About the Display
Can I show a video? Yes, videos are acceptable and 1 image counts as a 12 second clip. Discuss with us via email for more details.
How will my art be shown? Our display consists of a simple slideshow. Each artist's slide includes their name, country, one image, image details and a link to your website. Each slide stays still for about 10 seconds at a time. The total display includes around 70 artists so the total slideshow is about than 15-18 minutes. So each image shows about 4-5 times per hour.
Will you send me photos of the display? Typically, as with all previous fairs artists receive professional documentation material. We try to send each artist some documentation but that is not something included in the participation fee.
Will the full digital display be available online? No. The display is made for and presented exclusively at the fair.
What payments do you accept? We accept PayPal and Card.
Can I pay in monthly instalments? No, unfortunately we do not accept instalments.
I don't know how to make a QR code?! No worries, you just submit your link and we will create the QR code for you!
About the Show
Do I need to come to the show? No, it is not necessary to come to the show. We will professionally display and represent your art.
Can I display my business cards/flyers? Yes, you can ship us your cards and any print material and we will add it to the display table under the video screen. We must receive your parcel by October 20. After you sign up, please ask us for the address.
How is this show promoted? As listed on the art fair website, the show gets a lot of press and indicatively they list coverage from sources including Miami Herald, Miami Living Magazine, InLuxus Magazine, Art World News, Islander News, The Dapper Spot, Just Luxe, Art Market Magazine, Miami Art Week, Art World News, Art Week Magazine, Luxury Guide, Miami Living, We Art and many more.

Commission on Sold Artwork. Please note that when an artwork is sold at the show, the booth receives 20% commission.
