Wu Yin Ching, born in 1955 in Guangzhou, China, is a Hong Kong-based artist and esteemed writer with a rich career in creative writing. She has authored over 50 books, and her writings are featured in high school textbooks for Chinese Language and Literature. Wu Yin Ching taught creative writing at Hong Kong Baptist University for 29 years, imparting her literary knowledge and passion to generations of students.

In 2014, she dedicated herself to watercolor painting, practicing daily and falling deeply in love with the medium.
