Asta Caplan's childhood in a family of professional artists led to an early introduction to an extensive selection of techniques: painting, drawing, print-making, ceramic sculpture and others.
Asta holds a Master of Fine Arts degree (2011) from the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts, Painting department, Helsinki Finland and has been actively exhibiting in group shows since 1998 with her first solo shown in 2004.
