In October 2024 Weronika Raczynska received The Velazquez & Goya International Prize at the Casa Mila in Barcelona, Spain. Weronika Raczynska was awarded for her artistic research and for the stylistic value of her works of art, as well as for the ability to bring emotions and stories to life through her artistic talent. The awarded drawing by Raczynska titled ”Turquoise” was shown at multimedia group show as a part of the 5th Biennial of Art at the European Museum of Modern Art (MEAM) in Barcelona, Spain in October 2024. ”Turquoise” distemper paint & alkyd paint drawing by Weronika Raczynska explores the theme of nude in a distinctive style of the artist.
